Characteristics
- Over 20 and under 30 years of age
- Oil glands function at a normal rate of secretion
- Perfect hydration and muscle tone
- Skin tends to be neither oily or dry
- Soft, firm and smooth
- Texture is fine with a slight rose tinge to the complexion
- May have experienced slight oiliness and patches of acne as a teenager, usually in the T-zone
- Acne eruptions are only minor and usually occur in relation to hormonal cycle
- May have only a few enlarged pores on the chin, cheeks and nose
- Will only need to wash hair 1-2 times per week
- Skin tone and colouring is relatively even and devoid of red blotches
- Skin temperature is normal
- Most babies through to pre-adolescence have normal skin
